| Overview RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Schedule meetings, memos, e-mails for department. -- Process invoices and POs for the department; follow through with vendors and accounts payable. -- Make service calls and ordering supplies for xerox machines. -- Process time sheets, vacation requests for the department. -- Responsible for handling art requests from various departments. Art Department Coordination:
-- Create and maintain job bags for projects. -- File, organize, and distribute packaging samples. -- Coordinate display of special packaging. -- File promo items from designers, illustrators, and photographers. -- Distribute project info to designers. -- Maintain art department bulletin board. -- Maintain the art department contact database. -- Assist designers in making minor editorial changes on projects. -- Handle registering projects in selected graphic design contests.
